As the successor to both the 4002 and 4012, this two-speed hand pump has the hydraulic oil capacity to get big jobs done quickly.  It has a comfortable carrying handle, pumping handle grip and contoured release knob.  Handle effort stays under 130 lbs.  It develops up to 10,000 psi of operating pressure and has a built-in safety overload valve It switches automatically from low to high pressure mode and may be operated horizontally or vertically in the “head down” orientation.   CE compliant.
