Checks to see if wires, fuses, switches, and other electrical
systems will carry current. Important: This is not a circuit
tester, do not use on live circuits. The A23 battery, provides
the current necessary for testing. Install battery positive end
towards the wire and clip. Any external voltage will burn out
the bulb. Just clip lead to one end of wire or component in
question, and probe the other end with tool. If bulb lights up,
there is continuity. If bulb fails to light, the circuit is open.
